Shipping.

As a small business with limited hands and hours in a day, we do not ship daily. We prioritize a great experience for everyone and that means some orders require more time, materials and transportation than others. Therefore, we promise to do our best pulling goods and sending your order within 5-10 days of purchase. We are equally excited for you to get them!

While the bulk of our shipments are within North America, international shipping may be available in your country. Please plan for any additional customs, duties, taxes, fees or import processes as we cannot be held responsible for them. Send an email at ladybirdborowicz@gmail.com for options.

Unfortunately, combined shipping is not currently available. Our system is not set up to rearrange orders post-payment. If this changes in the future, we will be sure to update this notice.

Changes or Cancellations.

We will do our best to work with you, but product availability and shipping procedures may not allow it. Please email us immediately to inquire.

Refunds.

Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept refunds or returns. If there was a mishap on our end and/or you believe your product to be defective, please let us know within 10 days of your order. Take a photo of your item(s) and send an email to ladybirdborowicz@gmail.com for a resolution.

Please note, once your package leaves our market, we are no longer able to keep tabs on its condition or estimated arrival. If your items are lost, stolen or damaged by the carrier please contact them for a resolution as we cannot be held responsible. In most situations you will need to provide proof of damages in your claim. Please photograph and document your experience as necessary.
